🎯 Basic Movement

  • Moves forward one square
  • Can move two squares on first move
  • Cannot move backwards
  • Cannot jump over pieces

  • Captures diagonally forward
  • One square diagonally only
  • Cannot capture straight ahead
  • Special "en passant" capture
